Paul Seifert, M.D. is a graduate of the Wayne State University Collegeof Medicine. He is now semi-retired and living in Petoskey, Michigan. Themajor themes of THE MAN WHO COULD READ MINDS were addressed by Dr. Seifertin a lecture entitled "The Transcendental Significance of Endorphins."
