Derek Kelly, who is retired, spent a dozen years teaching at the university level followed by twenty-five years working mainly as a technical writer in the software development industry. He holds a doctorate from Boston University and lives in Aurora, Colorado. He can be reached via e-mail at andrompyx@aol.com.
