Stephen Phillipe (nom de guerre)provided international consulting services for over twenty years, including three years domiciled in Saudi Arabia. Portions of the novel are based upon personal experience but fictionally characterized and modified in situation, name, location, and time. He is a Certified Protection Professional and a registered professional engineer with a graduate degree in Security Administration.
