Biographie de l'auteur

Wayne E. Beyea served a 25 year career in the NYS Police, supervising Investigators for 9 years. Trained as a hostage negotiator, the author supervised the NYSP Hostage Negotiation Training Program and personally, successfully resolved numerous hostage taking incidents.
