Chris. Seraphine, born in the tiny fishing village of Soufriere (DOMINICA), is well known within the Caribbean for his writing prowess as a journalist and radio personality. As a show-biz promoter, he is recognized world-wide through his managerial role at Caribtempo Communications, Inc.
