Charles Buford Lowell, after having served with the CIA and its clone the IRI for years, retired to the quiet resort community of Sunriver, Oregon. The IRI has two contracts from agencies with opposing motives to destroy the Dome of the Rock in Jerusalem, and Charles was assigned the mission. Biographie de l'auteur

Charles Raymond Dillon is a native of Los Angeles and has written many novels, nonfiction books, and magazine articles. Dillon received a BA from Westminster College, and is a Diplomat of the Air War College, Naval War College, and Industrial College of the Armed Forces. He served in the U.S. Military, and is a member of MENSA.
