Synopsis

After having an accident at the end of the rodeo, fifteen-year-old Alyson's life is rocked. Not only must her horse, Chiquita, undergo complicated surgery, but she also requires full time care. Rachel Claus Hector was born in St. Louis, MO in 1986. She now makes her home in Silverton, OR. Aside from writing, she enjoys spending time with her two Arabian horses.
