Biographie de l'auteur

Stephen J. Feinberg graduated from Brown University in 1960 cum laude with high honors in economics, received an LLB from The Harvard Law School in 1963 and has thereafter engaged in the general practice of law in New York City. He has represented underwriters and issuers of securities and has served as general counsel to and as a director and officer of reporting companies.
