Dr. Kathleen Barclay, Ph.D., co-founded Strategic Visions International in 1992 with a focus on helping companies and individuals maximize performance. Kat?s extensive experiences in sales, training, human resources, and corporate management led her to be a top producer for Fortune 1000 high-technology companies and a master instructor for over 25 years.Al Gordon is a Programs Manager for the Customer Service organization at Cisco Systems, Inc., San Jose, California and is part of a team that is responsible for Customer Service and Internet Commerce tools training. Prior to his current position Al was E-Learning Programs Manager for the Knowledge Management and Delivery Group at Cisco. He is also currently a doctoral candidate at Nova Southeastern University, pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer and Information Science, specializing in the application of technology to learning, knowledge and performance improvement.Jim Hollahan, an expert in e-learning, helps organizations build effective professional development and in-service training programs. He is president of Essential Solutions, Inc., a Silver Spring, Maryland, based consulting company.Yatman Lai is the Sr. Manager of eCommunities at Cisco Systems, responsible for the development and deployment of collaboration tools to support internal and external on-line communities such as NetPro (www.cisco.com/go/netpro).
