Biographie de l'auteur

The author was a member of the Political-Military High Command of the SPLM/SPLA, the highest policy-making body of the Movement and one of the three commanders who made the Nasir Declaration on August 28,1991.Dr Lam then signed the Fashoda Peace Agreement with the Government of Sudan where he the served as Minister of Transport (1998-2002).
