R.E. Mitchell has been a teacher, real estate broker, market analyst, business consultant, and land developer. Turning to fiction, his first love, The Electronic Prophet is inspired by his upbringing in the Bible Belt. He has written two other novels, Saturday?s Cowboy, which received excellent reviews, and a soon to be published historical novel on the Civil War, Leaves in the Wind.
