The Harper College women's volleyball team had a terrific record last year. In general, the same players were on the team this year as the year before. This year, the team ended up rated the 4th best team in the nation.In volleyball, as with any sport, there are certain philosophies that work better than others. Sometimes, better talent with poorer philosophies can overcome worse talent with a good system. Biographie de l'auteur

Bob Vilsoet is currently the head women?s volleyball coach at William Rainey Harper College. His team ended up 4th in the nation in Division III Community College Volleyball in 2002. In addition, his playing career spans over 20 years; and coached a highly successful Women?s Power Volleyball organization for 5 years.
