Biographie de l'auteur

Martine Rothblatt is responsible for several of the most innovative projects in the satellite communications industry, including two treaties governing international sharing of radio frequencies. These experiences have provided Dr. Rothblatt with pragmatic and creative insights into legal solutions to complex international problems such as Middle East peace.
