Biographie de l'auteur

M.R. Franks is a law professor at Southern University, Baton Rouge. Formerly at l?Université de Cergy-Pontoise, Paris, he is also a member of the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada since 1957. His interest in quantum cosmology dates from childhood. A licensed airline pilot, Professor Franks holds Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Memphis.
