Dr. Charles E Smith is an author, lecturer, conference leader, and a licensed Marriage, Family, and Child Counselor with expertise in subjects ranging from self-esteem to grief. Active in his community and church, and several times a grandfather, Dr. Smith lives with his wife, Norma, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
