James Lippie has several years of experience in Management and Organizational Development Consulting as Vice President and Partner of Client First Associates, Inc. based in Northampton, MA. He started his consulting career in 1996 working with companies in several industries to identify and maximize operational efficiencies, design strategic initiatives and facilitate corporate training programs. His assignments include Telecom start-ups, troubled utilities, resource challenged banks and manufacturers in need of customer centric policy.He resides on the North Shore of Massachusetts with his wife Kara and their yellow lab Hamachi.
