Nathan Todd Cool is the original founder of the surf forecasting service WaveCast®, and is the Chief Forecaster for WetSand WaveCast at wetsand.com. Nathan currently resides in Southern California, and when not busy forecasting, frequently surfs many of the breaks along the Ventura coast.
