Dr. Charles E. Smith is an author, conference leader, and retired Marriage, Family, and Child Counselor with expertise in presenting subjects ranging from self-esteem to aftercare. Active in his community and church, and several times a grandfather, Dr. Smith lives with his wife, Norma, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
