Cappriccieo M. Scates has consulted companies such as: Sony/550, Columbia, Warner Brothers, Atlantic, Motown, A&M, Universal, and several others. He is former Director of National Radio Promotions for Ruffhouse Records where he worked with the likes of the Fugees and Cypress Hill. He has been responsible for promoting the careers of artist such as: Juvenile, New Edition, BlackStreet, Sounds of Blackness, Kim Burrell, Coolio, Meat Loaf, Shai, All 4 One, Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, Luke, Boyz II Men, Eazy E, Lost Boyz, Jon B, Rebbie Jackson, Erykah Badu, and N.O.R.E. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Averett University where he was selected to the 2003?2004 National Dean?s List for academic excellence. He is currently a Law School Student at Concord University School of Law and a member of the 2004 National Registers Who?s Who in Executives and Professionals. He enjoys playing bass guitar, drums, basketball, football, and working with youths.
