Eric Tanefo is a management consultant and author of numerous articles on Business/IT strategy, IT management and outsourcing. He has delivered major projects for Global 2000 American and European companies in the financial services, health care, manufacturing, travel and chemical industries. Eric is the founder of InsighTway, a provider of business-technology management software. He is a former Director at Answerthink and management consultant with Ernst & Young and Gemini Consulting.
