Tom R. Hulst has been engaged in public education in Washington State for over 30 years. He spearheaded environmental education programs in southwestern Washington and contributed to journals and education publications. He has hiked and climbed in the Pacific Northwest for nearly forty years. He and his wife, Linda, have three grown children, Peter, Brita, and Holly and reside in University Place, Washington.
