Synopsis

During a miserable, stormy night on the North Atlantic, Lt. Lucas Walker is swept overboard in a freak accident. Fortunately, a British warship picks him up. Unfortunately, the year is 1781 and the ship is on its way to the Battle of Yorktown.Despite his protests, Walker learns first hand the horror of 18th Century naval warfare at the Battle of the Capes. Worse, it turns out that visiting Yorktown is King George's third son, Prince William Henry; a headstrong midshipman in the British Navy. This involves Walker and his friends in a desperate gambit to get Prince William passed the American lines, across 200 miles of open territory, beyond the reach of a ruthless privateer and through the Battle of the Saints, to safety. He must do it to save the British monarchy and, at the same time, save the United States by keeping history from "going wrong."For Walker knows something no one else knows. Prince William is destined one day to be the King of England--IF he can keep him alive.FOR MORE INFORMATION ON THIS BOOKAND OTHERS IN THE SERIES VISIT US ONLINE AT:www.HMS-Tigre.com
