A Different Heaven is written by Alan Shope and is inspired by a true story.Alan Shope is A TV Sports reporter working in Wichita, Kansas. Before moving back to his hometown in 2000, Alan was a TV news/sports reporter/photographer in Kansas City. Alan, as well as the Kansas City community, was especially touched by the story of ten-year-old Pamela Butler. It was a story with an emotional message and a heart-wrenching ending.A Different Heaven will keep you guessing until the end.In 15 years of working in TV News, Alan Shope has won dozens of awards and has twice been nominated for an Emmy.
