The girls now feared the worst, so they held their hands high over their heads in an act of surrender and began to cry aloud."

Biographie de l'auteur

Ken De Deker met his wife, Jeannecke in Antwerp, Belgium on November 11, 1953. Over the 35 years of their marriage, she told him much of the factual portions of this story. After raising four boys, Jeannecke passed away in 1989 of liver cancer. Ken is a native of Wisconsin.
