Biographie de l'auteur

Amy L. Fraher, EdD is Chief Pilot, Miramar College; Associate, Tavistock Institute; retired U.S. Navy Commander; and former United Airlines Pilot. She is Principal Consultant, Paradox and Company, and has published widely in the areas of leadership, organizations, and group dynamics in high-risk teams.
