JANE BARCROFT has been watching politics in Arlington, Virginia for longer than she cares to admit. She continues to deny involvement in the scandalous surgical-tubing incident in Lubber Run Park. She does know the inside story of the Treasurer's Office and the "racy parking decal," but has sworn silence.
