Roberto C. Alvarez-Galloso,CPUR is Certified Professional in Utilization Review. He graduated from Universidad Central del Este [in the Dominican Republic] with the degree in Doctor of Medicine. He continued his studies in the admininistrative realm until he received the Certification in Utilization Review from Mc Kesson Interqual. He dedicates this book to God, his Wife, and daughter.
