As a lifelong boater, educator, oceanographer, and marine meteorologist, Roger has taught sciences, worked with sharks in Bimini, dived for treasure in the Keys, served as meteorologist on space missions, created software to predict high surf in Hawaii, mapped the ocean in Micronesia, and written books and numerous articles for the boating industry. He lives near Monterey, CA.
