An ASQ member since 1997, Susan M. Hinkle serves as Corporate Director of Quality at Triumph Technologies, Inc. Ms. Hinkle has over 16 years of hands-on and quality management experience in various sectors of the government, manufacturing, and IT communities, and is a certified PMP.
