Biographie de l'auteur

Bonjenji was born in 1918 on a mission station in the then Belgian Congo (now the Democratic Republic of Congo, DRC). In 1931 her family returned to the United States. Now a retired social worker, she lives in Connecticut. As Erva Zuckerman, she authored the textbook, Child Welfare, (New York: Macmillan, 1983).
