Biographie de l'auteur

Richard Sutherland is a sixth-generation Texan who served four years in the Army. He received a bachelor?s degree in political science and history from Whittier College, graduate degrees from U.S.C. and Harvard in East Asian Studies, and a juries doctorate from Harvard Law School.
