Dede Ryan is the author of Martini with a Twist, published in an anthology of essays by Henry Holt and Co., August 2001. She is a regular contributor to Boise Journal, and spent more than a decade as a reporter and editor on Capitol Hill, Washington, D.C. She lives with her husband and daughter in Boise and McCall, Idaho.
