Biographie de l'auteur

Robert Rhee was born during World War I in the Hague, Netherlands, his father was attached to the German Embassy in charge of buying food for Germany. He attended school until he was sent to the Netherlands at the age of 16, when Hitler came to power. He eventually came to the U.S., where he rose from a factory job to run his own business. He lived in Los Angeles, bought a house on the beach in Malibu surrounded by celebrities, a princess, a famous baseball player, and many people of the entertainment industry. While there, he enjoyed horseback riding and skiing in the mountains. His older son was successful in real estate and now teaches as a professor at the University of California-San Diego. His second son became a master in the game of chess at an early age and still participates in tournaments. Robert?s wife was killed by a drunk driver. From $15 a week he was able to make good investments, traveled a lot and now enjoys retirement and life in Hawai?i.
