Emery W. Tuttle was born in Johnson Creek,Wisconsin, in 1920. He graduated fromSouthern Methodist University in 1948. Tuttlelived in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for fortyyears and now resides on Cedar Creek Lakenear Gun Barrel City, Texas.
