As an attorney, founder of Nationwide Securities Arbitration Services and senior partner in the law firm of Todd, Ferentz, Bowne and Barba, Jeff Ferentz practices law in Newport Beach, California and has over 26 years of experience in the securities industry assisting abused investors in recovering their investment losses. In the last 26 years Jeff Ferentz has recovered over 250 Million dollars in awards and settlements for his clients from securities firms and the abusive brokers that they hire. Born in Los Angeles, California, June 15, 1952, Jeff was admitted to the California Bar in 1979. In addition to being a prolific seminar speaker on the subject of how victimized investors can legally get their money back, Jeff is the author of publications including, The Legal Recovery of Stock and Commodity Losses; Churning: The Legal Lowdown; Suitability; The Six Biggest Mistakes Investors Make; Failure to Supervise and How to Evaluate a Case for Arbitration.Jeff Ferentz and his wife Tina currently live in Newport Beach, California.
