Today many people talk about human freedom, but until now we do not have an index which would show which have increases or decreases of people's freedoms.What specific material should we use when carrying out our research on the subject of human freedom?The freedom of the population is realized in their spare away work time. Biographie de l'auteur

S. S. Khrystenko was born on May 28 1954. He graduated from the economic faculty of The Politechnic Institute in 1976. He finished his postgraduate studies specializing in political economy. He published his first book in 1989.Today, he has published ten monographs and prepared for publishing a new book: A Periodic Table of Economic Elements vol.1, vol. 2.
