Given the Distinguished Service Advisor award from Volkswagen of America, Phillip James Grismer has years of experience and knowledge with the automobile industry. A certified member of the International Automobile Appraisers Association, Grismer, along with his wife Jo Ann, owns a successful auto appraisal and consulting business. They live in Illinois.
