In both European and western countries there is a significant number of research institutes that study such problems as: "unsettled democracy", "loosened democracy", "controlled democracy" and "unguided democracy". But today, as of this moment, we are in a sticky situation. The state power sphere has its headquarters, but the economic theory of the state power sphere is missing.

Biographie de l'auteur

S. S. Khrystenko was born on May 28, 1954. He graduated from the economic faculty of The Politechnic Institute in 1976. He finished his postgraduate studies specializing in political economy. He published his first book in 1989. Today, he has published ten monographs and prepared for publishing a new book: A Periodic Table of Economic Elements vol.1, vol. 2.
