Biographie de l'auteur

Rod Ensor is a team!He has been a physician for over 30 years, specializing in Aerospace Medicine. He also trained in Environmental Medicine (Ph.D., Johns Hopkins). She, Aída Lucia Herrera, is a writer, a marvelous cook and the social engine of the team. Lucy has taught Ensor everything he knows about cooking and much of what he knows about telling stories.
