Jennifer C. Jaff is an attorney who has Crohn?s disease, a chronic digestive disease. She is the founder and Executive Director of Advocacy for Patients with Chronic Illness, Inc., a nonprofit that provides free information, advice and advocacy services to patients with chronic illnesses, based in Farmington, Connecticut. She lives with her cat and best friend, Emily.
