Rexanne Williams, the mother of eight children, resides in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She has been married thirty-three years to her sweetheart, Karl. She enjoys teaching early morning seminary for the youth of her church. She has had the opportunity to live in various states on the East and gulf coast of America.
