Biographie de l'auteur

Professor James Nicholas was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize in 1992 and 1993 for his founding and leadership of the World Council for Global Cooperation, a peace organization headed by twelve Nobel Laureates. Residing in Ottawa, the author holds an M.A. in Political Science and a B.Sc. in Economics. He was a professor of social sciences at Niagara College in Welland, Ontario.
