Biographie de l'auteur

Bob Diamond was born in New York City in 1948 and lived and went to school there through the 1960s. He then moved to western Massachusetts and completed his education at the University of Massachusetts and started work as a social worker. In 1981 he became a part-time sports announcer at WHAI AM-FM in Greenfield, Mass. and has been in radio sales for 25 years. He lives in rural western Mass., and his passions are raising money for charities, cross country skiing, coaching basketball, golf, and good food.Jay Frost is a freelance writer who has authored several books, live training programs, case studies and multimedia scripts for dozens of well-known national corporations, mostly in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. He is author of Be Brief, Be Bright, Be Gone: Career Essentials for Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Sales Professionals, the title that inspired Selling Air. Jay also lives in rural western Massachusetts and is an avid skier, hiker, and golfer.
