Biographie de l'auteur

My experience in the culinary arena started with home cooking, catering, and competing in food and chili contests. I have been writing since age 15 and was the head writer for the Northeast column of the ICS news in 2002. Having won numerous awards, I credit my mother, Catherine Pasculli, for her inspiration, and giving me a jump start in the fine art of cooking ? This book is dedicated to her, to my Dad and to all the generations before and after them ? Tiamo.
