Deborah Quilter lectures, conducts RSI consultations, and writes a monthly ergonomics column for Computer Currents. Her articles have appeared in national magazines, including Good Housekeeping and Fitness. She is the coauthor of Repetitive Strain Injury: a Computer User?s Guise (with Emil Pascarelli, M.D.) and lives in New York City. Robert E. Markinson, M.D., author of the foreword, is a celebrated hand surgeon, Associate Clinical Professor of Surgery at the University of California- San Francisco, and cofounder of the UCSF?s Health Program for Performing Artists.
