Biographie de l'auteur

Irakli Kovzanadze, doctor of economic sciences, professor, is an author of four books and more than fifty scientific works in economics. He is a Chairman of the Finance and Budget Committee of Parliament of Georgia and Chairman of the Task Force of OECD and EBRD on Corporate Governance of Banks in Eurasia.
