Biographie de l'auteur

Jean Allen has been married for 24 years (yes, to the same man!) and has been blessed with 13 children. She lives her Catholic Faith in North Carolina. She is also the author of the Diary of the Catholic Fat Girl, where she retells of how she stumbled down the path of ill health and fat, only to walk back to renewed health and fitness. Thereby, reuniting her body to that of her mind and soul.
