Allen, CFA, CFP, CIMA is a Portfolio Manager, Chartered Financial Analyst, Certified Financial Planner, and a Certified Investment Management Consultant.Mr. Allen holds a Master of Pacific International Affairs degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance.Mr. Allen lives in Santa Barbara, California.
