Synopsis

After an intense winter storm, Homicide Detective Martin Kellermen is wakened suddenly by a phone call from his partner, Detective Jack Gibson. A murder has been reported in a penthouse suite at a hotel. The two detectives are dispatched to the crime scene, where they discover the slain body of a wealthy teen celebrity. A note left behind by the killer is found, in which he vows to murder four other individuals. Many questions are asked, but the answers are few. And the killer's true face remains in the dark.

As the killer, simply known as Matthew, moves from individual to individual, the detectives discover that his motives are buried within the notes he leaves behind and in the past that he has not forgotten.

Winter of Red Demise is the fifth in a seven-book series involving the detectives of the 26th Precinct.

Biographie de l'auteur

J. N. Fisher was working as a computer-aided designer when he began writing and developing the 26th Precinct series. Winter of Red Demise is his first book. He lives in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
