Bio-Typing Beyond Body Language is about assessing and understanding ourselves, as well as other people. It is written by a unique individual who desperately needed a method in order to physically identify people and understand how to deal with social relationships. Johnny Seitz is an adult with autism. He developed Bio-Typing as an exceptional coping skill.
As an individual with autism, Johnny Seitz lives in a very different place than most of us "normal people" (neurotypicals). Normal people are able to look at each other's faces and determine identity. Johnny Seitz sees and quantifies subtle indicators in a person's movement patterns, which can profile an individual with amazing accuracy. And better yet, Johnny Seitz's Bio-Typing inspires genuine human curiosity, is easily learned and is ultimately applicable in our everyday life. Bio-Typing will lead you through both the author's personal journey of understanding and the process he deftly passes on to you, enhancing your own understanding of yourself and the people in your world. This book will take you back to the child you were. It will facilitate your process to better understand the adult you are today and teach you how to better relate to those around you.Les informations fournies dans la section « Synopsis » peuvent faire référence à une autre édition de ce titre.
Johnny Seitz is currently teaching the art of reading bodies at Ryokan College of Psychology in Los Angeles and maintains a private practice."I have personally and professionally experienced many forms of physiotherapies and psychotherapies over the past 20 years, and all have given myself and my patients varying results. I have found that Johnny Seitz's work is a more "lasered" approach which goes directly to the core."-Dr. M. Adam Sheck, Licensed Clinical Psychologist"I recommend him strongly."-Marcel Marceau, the 20th century's most famous mime"I know of no other method better for putting you in touch with your body, thus pointing the way toward health and fitness."-Richard Pena, Director, New York Film Festival"The interest in Johnny Seitz has been steadily increasing.Johnny presents a meaningful class, with a variety of approaches and techniques presented intensively in a very short time. He has an innate ability to present a class to students on an introductory level as well as those who are already well versed in a field. Mr. Seitz's influence has been deeply felt."-Myra A. Mayman, Office for the Arts, Harvard and Radcliffe Universities
